Invoice and quote attachments

You can now attach files to invoices and quotes. Attachments appear as clickable links in the customer email and on the hosted payment page, so your customers get everything they need in one place — no separate follow-up email required.
Upload up to 10 files per invoice or quote (15 MB each). When creating or editing an invoice or quote, scroll to the Attachments section at the bottom and drag-and-drop or click to upload files one at a time.
A few ways you might use this:
- Attach a signed contract or statement of work so the customer has the agreement alongside the bill.
- Include a detailed project report, time log, or expense breakdown to support the line items.
- Send required tax documents (like a W-9) with the first invoice to a new client.
- Bundle product spec sheets, certificates of insurance, or license documentation that the customer needs on file.
- Attach a receipt or proof of a third-party expense you're passing through.
- Applies to: All businesses using Dappr Sales invoices or quotes (desktop web).
- Location: Sales → Billing → Invoices or Quotes → Create invoice / Create quote → scroll to Attachments.
- Attachments are visible to your customer in both the emailed notification and the hosted invoice/quote page.
